You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused. If the item is damaged or used, it will not be refunded. Make sure to enclose contact details with the return package and, if possible, provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

We strive to always ship on the same day, which means you usually have the goods within 1-3 working days. Some items come directly from our suppliers, here we have noted 5-7 working days in the product text when it applies to these.
